National Sunday School Day: September 24, 2006
Theme: “Real Food for Real Life”
The Bible isn’t just a book we study, but a foundation for the way we live. As students are returning to schools and colleges to learn, churches can focus on teaching the most important book of all—the Bible. The 2006 theme, “Real Food for Real Life,” is designed to help church members learn to live like Jesus, according to what He said and did in His Word. No matter how you choose to highlight discipleship and small groups, for a day or for several days, our prayer is that you will renew a focus on the teaching, preaching, learning, and living of the most important book we can learn from.

The 2004 theme begins with the "L" in LIFE: "Learning Together."
